Exchange Policy

Exchanges are only allowed in case of:

  • Approved issues with fit, manufacturing defects, or wrong product delivered

Please note:

  • Exchange will be initiated only after the returned item is received and inspected by our team
  • We do not offer exchanges for preferences like colour, fabric, or design once the order is confirmed

Refund Policy

Due to the made-to-order nature of our ensembles, we do not offer refunds.

Shipping charges are refundable only in the case of:

  • A manufacturing defect
  • Wrong item delivered

If your case is approved for a return due to these issues, your shipping cost will be reimbursed after item verification.


Cancellation Policy

We do not accept any order cancellations once the order has been placed.
Every order goes into production shortly after confirmation, customized specifically for you.
